Email on your domain / Zoho Mail

Zoho Mail on your domain. The exact records.

The DNS records Zoho Mail’s own docs ask for, so mail to you@yourdomain arrives and what you send isn’t marked as spam. Add them at your domain’s DNS provider, then check your domain live below.

  1. Add these records at your DNS provider

“@” means the domain itself. MX records receive mail; SPF, DKIM and DMARC prove that mail you send is really yours.

    TypeNameValue
    MXReceive mail@mx.zoho.comPriority 10
    MXReceive mail (backup)@mx2.zoho.comPriority 20
    MXReceive mail (backup)@mx3.zoho.comPriority 50
    TXTAllowed senders (SPF)@v=spf1 include:zohomail.com ~all
    TXTAnti-spoofing (DMARC)_dmarcv=DMARC1; p=none

  2. Good to know

These are Zoho’s US data-center values. Accounts in the EU, India or other regions use a different ending (for example zoho.eu); the Admin Console shows yours.

Zoho generates the DKIM key under Admin Console → Domains → Email configuration.

A domain can have only one SPF record. If your app also sends email through another service, the two must be merged into one: add the service below and the check gives you the merged record.

  3. Check your domain

Type your domain: we read public DNS and show which Zoho Mail records are in place, which are missing and which need to change.
