Namecheap Private Email on your domain. The exact records.

The DNS records Namecheap Private Email’s own docs ask for, so mail to you@yourdomain arrives and what you send isn’t marked as spam. Add them at your domain’s DNS provider, then check your domain live below.

  1. Add these records at your DNS provider

“@” means the domain itself. MX records receive mail; SPF, DKIM and DMARC prove that mail you send is really yours.

    TypeNameValue
    MXReceive mail@mx1.privateemail.comPriority 10
    MXReceive mail@mx2.privateemail.comPriority 10
    TXTAllowed senders (SPF)@v=spf1 include:spf.privateemail.com ~all
TXTSigning key (DKIM)privateemail._domainkeyCopy from the Private Email setup guideDifferent for every account: copy it from Namecheap Private Email.
    TXTAnti-spoofing (DMARC)_dmarcv=DMARC1; p=none

  2. Good to know

If your domain and DNS are at Namecheap, choosing “Private Email” under Mail Settings adds these for you. Generate the DKIM key in the Private Email setup guide.

A domain can have only one SPF record. If your app also sends email through another service, the two must be merged into one: add the service below and the check gives you the merged record.

  3. Check your domain

Type your domain: we read public DNS and show which Namecheap Private Email records are in place, which are missing and which need to change.
