TLDMath (the “Service”) is operated by Riverbend Crossroads Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the website at tldmath.com, its API, and its MCP connector. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What the Service does

TLDMath compares domain name availability and prices across third-party registrars, suggests names and domain extensions, and checks whether names are in use on some public platforms. We don’t sell, register or hold domains, and we don’t take payment. Any purchase happens directly between you and the registrar, under the registrar’s terms.

Prices and availability are not guaranteed

Prices and availability come from registrar APIs at the moment we check, and some are cached for a short time. They can change at any moment, a registrar can be unavailable, and taxes, fees or currency conversion at checkout may differ. Always confirm the final price and the renewal price at the registrar before you buy. We are not responsible for a difference between what TLDMath shows and what a registrar charges.

Name ideas, brand checks and trademarks

Name and domain suggestions are generated by AI and are a starting point only. Handle checks reflect what public platforms returned when we looked. TLDMath does not check trademarks and does not give legal advice. Before you commit to a name, search the official trademark databases and, where it matters, talk to a lawyer.

Affiliate links

Some links to registrars and to other services, such as email providers in the launch kit, are affiliate links. That means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change how registrars are ranked (the ranking is by two-year cost) or which records the launch kit tells you to add.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for looking up and comparing domains, including through AI assistants connected to our MCP connector.
• Don’t use it to overload, scrape in bulk, or get around its rate limits, and don’t try to access parts of it that aren’t public.
• Don’t use it to break the law or anyone’s rights, including to target names you know infringe someone else’s trademark.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules or harms the Service.

Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on registrars and other third parties. Their sites, prices and services are theirs; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or domain names, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$50. The Service is free to use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change the Service or these terms. When we change the terms we’ll update the date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
