Connect a domain to Base44. The exact records.

What Base44’s own docs ask for, in order: where to click in Base44, which DNS records to add at your domain’s DNS provider, and what to watch for. Then check your domain live below.

  1. In Base44

    Dashboard → Domains → Connect existing domain (Starter plan or above).

  2. At your DNS provider

    Add these records. “@” means the domain itself.

  3. Good to know

    If your DNS provider supports ALIAS or ANAME, point the bare domain at base44.onrender.com instead of the A record.

    Remove AAAA records. If your DNS provider offers proxying, keep these records “DNS only”.

  4. Check your domain

    Type your domain: we read public DNS and show which Base44 records are in place, which are missing and which old ones to remove.
